1. The service

Yimbie offers free browser games, optional accounts, leaderboards and in-game rewards. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.

2. Accounts

Accounts are free and optional. You are responsible for access to the email address you sign in with. Choose a player name that is not offensive, does not impersonate someone else and does not contain personal details of other people; we may change or remove names that break this rule.

3. Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, or tamper with scores, coins or the leaderboards. We may remove scores, reset progress or close accounts that break these rules.

4. Coins, skins and upgrades

Coins, skins, upgrades and other in-game items are earned by playing. They have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. If a paid feature is ever offered, its price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay.

5. Content and ownership

The games, artwork, code and texts on Yimbie belong to Yimbie or its licensors. You may play and share links to the games, but you may not copy, resell or host them elsewhere without permission.

6. Advertising

The site may show ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of external websites that ads or links lead to.

7. No warranty

Yimbie is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and to keep your progress safe, but we cannot promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, or that progress will never be lost.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Yimbie is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
